The K&N Air Filter Service Kit contains everything you need to service your K&N cotton air filter. Included is a 355mL pump bottle of K&N Power Kleen Air Filter Cleaner and a 184mL aerosol can of K&N Red Air Filter Oil. The K&N Power Kleen Filter Cleaner is the only approved cleaner for K&N cotton filters when performing a re-oiling procedure. This heavy duty degreaser easily cleans old filter oil, dust, dirt and debris from the cotton media pleats without damage. After cleaning your filter with K&N Power Kleen Filter Cleaner, flushing with water and allowing to dry, the air filter oil is applied to the filter. The K&N Red Air Filter Oil is formulatedspecifically to work with K&N’s cotton media air filter design to provide superior filtration and retention of microscopic airborne particles. The red pigment within the oil aids to ensure you have even coverage of your entire filter during servicing to enable ultimate performance; the specific amount of oil needed for your filter will vary and can be found in the instructions that came with your filter, or on the product page from the K&N website.
