The Biltwell Helmet Gen 2 Hardware Kit includes two screws and two washers, providing everything you need for a quick and easy upgrade. The black anodised finish adds a sleek and stylish touch, allowing you to fine-tune the look of your helmet. Installation is straightforward, but it’s essential to apply one drop of medium-strength blue Loc-Tite to the threads of each screw during installation. Align the index bumps on the back side of the washers with their corresponding slots on the plastic hinge spacer behind the shield, and hold the washer carefully in position while tightening the screw. A coin or short straight-slot screwdriver works perfectly for this task. It is very important to avoid overtightening the screws. These small details can make a big difference, allowing you to create a unique and personalised look for your Biltwell helmet.
