TC Bros. Sportster Hardtail kit is designed to be the highest quality, most complete, and easiest to install kit on the market. These frames are proudly made in the USA! Modern CNC mandrel bending, CNC machining, and laser cutting deliver consistent, high quality results. Each frame is made in a precision CNC machined welding fixture toensure a perfect fit, every time. Kitincludes a frame alignment jig, detailed install instructions with photos, and all the necessary mounting hardware for a seamless install.

1-1/4″ OD Rails are same diameter as original frame for a seamless looking transition.
Designed in 3D CAD software for a perfect fit.

Lower crossmember includes battery box mounting slots for easy installation.
